Get your new device set up quickly, securely, and stress-free.

What It's For:

Quick setup or onboarding of personal devices — simple, no-wiring installs done right.

Includes:

• Setup and configuration for one device such as a phone, tablet, laptop, smartwatch, smart plug or bulb, or streaming device.

• Connecting to Wi-Fi and configuring network settings

• Account setup (Apple ID, Google, Microsoft, email, etc.)

• App installation and essential settings (privacy, location, backups)

• Quick user walkthrough (how to use the device, basic functions)

• Optional: Data transfer from your old device

Best For:

Devices that work “out of the box” — no wall wiring, no drilling, and no major installation.

Not Suitable For:

​

Smart thermostats, wired video doorbells, smart locks requiring drilling or chiseling, in-wall device installs, mesh-WiFi systems, or any job requiring more than one device.

Smart Choice - $145

Personalized tech guidance to help you buy the right device—without overspending or guessing.

What It's For:

Helping you buy the right device the first time — with research done for you and recommendations tailored to your needs, home setup, and budget.

Includes:

• Personal consultation to understand your goals, preferences, and ecosystem (Google Home, Alexa, Apple Home)

• Personalized research across top brands and models

• A shortlist of 2–3 recommended devices with pros/cons, prices, and direct purchase links

• Clear explanations in plain English - no tech jargon

• Pricing guidance + best places to buy

• Optional: Guidance if you want help placing your order

• Your recommendations delivered in a clean, easy-to-read format

If you purchase one of the recommended devices, you can schedule a discounted Smart Start setup:

$50 setup (normally $95)
Includes full configuration, Wi-Fi connection, account setup, app organization, and a short walkthrough.
(Discount applies only to devices that qualify as simple installs with no wiring.)

Choosing laptops, tablets, phones, smart thermostats, doorbells, locks, cameras, TVs, speakers, routers, and other home technology where the “right choice” matters.

Not Intended For:

​

Setting up or installing devices — this package covers research and recommendations only. Setup is available through Smart Start or Smart Home Complete depending on device complexity.

Smart Home Complete - $225

Make your entire home tech ecosystem run smoothly—front to back.

What It's For:

​

A reliable, well-organized smart home setup — installed, configured, integrated, and explained so everything works the way it should.

Includes:

• Installation and setup of up to 3 smart home devices

  • Thermostats, video doorbells, smart locks, indoor/outdoor cameras, smart lights, plugs, sensors, speakers, hubs, etc.

• 3-hour visit

  • Most smart home jobs fit within this time.

• Smart home ecosystem integration

  • I’ll connect your devices to Google Home, Amazon Alexa, or Apple Home, organize rooms, name devices properly, and make sure everything is working smoothly.

• Smart TV configuration (no wall mounting)

  • Setup of streaming apps, soundbar pairing, and picture/audio optimization.

• Wi-Fi performance check

  • Identify weak spots and ensure your devices stay reliably connected.

• App setup & account organization

  • Clean, simple configuration without the hassle.

• Personalized walkthrough

  • I’ll show you exactly how to use your devices, apps, voice controls, and automations.

• 7 days of follow-up support

  • If something needs a quick adjustment after the appointment, I’ve got you.

How Device Limits Work:

​

Smart home devices vary in complexity. To stay within the 3-hour visit:

​

Complex devices such as:

• Smart thermostats

• Wired video doorbells

• Mesh Wi-Fi systems

• Smart locks

• Hard-mounted cameras

...may reduce the total number of devices we can complete within your session.

We’ll prioritize what matters most, and any additional devices or time can be added as needed.

​

Add-Ons (optional):

​

• Additional time: $75/hr

• Additional smart home devices: $25 each
  (Or hourly if the device is complex — thermostat, wired doorbell, mesh Wi-Fi, etc.)

• Device shopping & pickup: $40

What's Not Included:

​

• TV wall mounting

• Running new wires inside walls

• Electrical work requiring a licensed electrician

• Installing or modifying circuits, outlets, or junction boxes

If something requires an electrician or handyman, I’ll let you know immediately and point you in the right direction.

Hourly Support - $85/hr (1-hr minimum)

For anything outside the packages

Sometimes you just need a friendly, patient expert to walk you through a tech issue.

Whether it’s your phone, laptop, smart TV, or Wi-Fi, I’ll take the time to fix the problem and help you feel comfortable using your devices.

Clear pricing, no rushing, and billed in 15-minute increments after the first hour.
