About Me

Hi, I’m Imran — and I help people make their home technology actually work.

I’m a Wake Forest University graduate with more than 20 years of experience working in technology across a variety of industries. Throughout my career, I’ve been the person people turn to when they’re overwhelmed by devices, confused by settings, or unsure what to buy.

Over time, I realized something important:
there’s a gap between the way technology is built and the way real people actually use it.

Friends and family—especially those who aren’t tech-savvy—started asking me for help with new phones, laptops, Wi-Fi issues, smart home devices, and everything in between. And I kept hearing the same thing:

“I just want someone patient who can explain things in plain English.”

That’s when I realized there was a real need that wasn’t being met.

Big-box tech support is often rushed and impersonal.

Online tutorials assume you already know what you’re doing.

Most people don’t need more information—they just need someone who will take the time to help, one-on-one, in their home.

TechSavvy Concierge was built to do exactly that.

Today, I provide personal, patient, white-glove tech help for people who just want things to work—without the frustration.

Whether you’re choosing a new device, setting one up, or trying to get everything in your home working together, I make the process simple, clear, and stress-free.

Why People Choose Me

  • I come to you — no drop-offs or waiting

  • I explain everything in plain English

  • I don’t rush the process

  • I make sure everything works before I leave
