Hi, I’m Imran — the owner of TechSavvy Concierge.

 

I’m a Wake Forest University graduate with more than 20 years working in technology across a variety of industries. Throughout my career, I’ve been the person people turn to when they’re overwhelmed by devices, confused by settings, or unsure what to buy. Over time, I realized something important: there’s a gap between the way technology is built and the way real people actually use it.

 

Friends and family—especially those who aren’t tech-savvy—started asking me for help with new phones, laptops, Wi-Fi issues, smart home gadgets, and everything in between. And I kept hearing the same thing: “I just want someone patient who can explain things in plain English.”

 

That’s when I realized there was a niche that wasn’t being filled. Big-box tech support is rushed and impersonal. Online tutorials assume you already know what you’re doing. And most people simply need someone who will take the time to help them one-on-one, in their home, with real patience and care.

TechSavvy Concierge was built to fill that need.

Today, I offer personal, patient, white-glove tech help for anyone who wants their home technology to simply work—without the frustration. Whether you’re choosing a new device, setting one up, or trying to get everything in your home working together, I’m here to make the process easy, clear, and stress-free.
